Operate the Club to comply with product, service, safety and accounting standards & procedures. Complete food and beverage purchasing to maintain adequate par inventory to prepare menu items as recipes specify. Monitor food and beverage preparation for acceptable standards, including portion control and recipe compliance. In charge of carrying out inspections to make sure not only that health regulations are adhered to, and that food is being served to customers in a presentable, timely manner. Assure standard procedures are followed and that waste is disposed of properly. Administer cost control, attempting to minimize cost while maximizing revenue. Monitors equipment to assure its quality and arrange repairs if anything breaks. Works as a liaison between customers and those working in the food and beverage industry.
