• Developed capacity planning and costing models, and production scheduling and packaging processes for retail brand Multi-Packs.

• Reversed monthly direct labor recovery variance from ($25,000) in December 2002 to $18,000 by March 2004.

• Increased overall shift output by 6% to 180K pounds per shift while simultaneously increasing yield and reducing overall labor usage through scrap analysis, building FDA inspector relationships and retraining Associates.
