Brief Description of Project

As part of this ORACLE FBM R12 Project 4 inbound and 2 outbound business signals were identified. The 3 inbound signals carry the Purchase order data as PO Create, PO Change and PO Cancellation forms and 4th inbound is B2B Printing documents. ASN and Invoice are the outbound signals. Any Business operation that ORACLE intends to perform related to PO can use this Bridges developed in SAP XI Environment as part of this project and communicate with CLS securely via AS2 protocol. In all the cases Business is expecting a functional notification as CBOD except exchange of B2B printing documents additional to MDN.

As part of the Oracle B2B implementation project Celestica needs to update the Shop floor system ODC of Thailand or Mexico sites with attachment Information triggered from customer Oracle. In this case Oracle is getting interacted with CLS Business using PDF / ZPL attachments via internet using AS2 as a transport protocol.

Currently Pega Systems are using Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon) for its global financial accounting system. A number of external systems interface with Solomon. XI Implementations

SAP R/3 Integration with AMES for JDPS: Analyzed/Developed/Configured scenarios to integrate two systems SAP and AMES and this implementation enable us to do production activities from order launch to finished goods. This implementation includes Material Master Data, Material Control Cycle Data, Production Orders, Work Instruction BOM Details and Sales Order Options.

SAP R/3 Integration with AMES for China AG SAAG and NAAG Divisions: The JDPS AMES Integration project was rolled out for China Agriculture, SAAG and NAAG Divisions.

• Conversion of Material Master IDOC containing Material Master Data into AMES via file.

• Conversion of Material Control Cycle IDOC containing Material Control Cycle Data into AMES via file.

• Conversion of Production Orders IDOC containing Production Orders Data into AMES via file. All the above scenarios include Graphical Mapping.

• Imported Idoc from R/3 system and mapped the IDOC to flat file using Graphical Mapping, also developed user defined standard Java functions to be used in Mapping.

• Configured the Enhanced receiver determination to determine the receivers dynamically at runtime based on Plant.

NAAG MES Production Order Integration project.

Data migration for Production Order activities in order fulfillment, this needs to integrate with Non SAP Systems.

Contributions:

• NAAG SAP R/3, MES SAP R/3 Integration with DB2 and Mainframe System:

Analyzed/Developed/Configured scenarios to integrate these systems. This implementation enable us to do data migration from NAAG SAP R/3 System, MES SAP R/3 system to DB2 and Mainframe System for production order activities in Order fulfillment process..

• Production order information is gathered together in SAP ERP into idocs. The idocs are sent through XI and end up updating a DB2 table. There are two flavors of the DB2 table updates:

o When a single production order needs to be updated, an idoc is created for the specific production order. When the idoc reached XI, XI will do a direct DB2 update of the production order information in the DB2 tables.

o When a full refresh of production order information is needed for a plant, the idoc will contain all production orders. When the idoc reaches XI, XI will create a flat file on the Host Mainframe. This flat file will be run through a DB2 utility to load the data.

Warranty Integration project.

North American Agriculture Division is having its dealers and customers all over United States and Canada. Most of the warranty related activities are performed using web applications and now NAAG division is implementing Warranty Integration project to integrate between all the web applications with SAP.

Contributions:

• Warranty SAP R/3 Integration with Web Applications: Analyzed/Developed/Configured scenarios to integrate Web Applications systems with SAP and this implementation enable us to do Warranty related activities. During this implementation we developed interfaces using IDOC adapters and SOAP adapters to communicate between both the systems.

Chemtura is a leading supplier of pool and spa products, a top marketer of niche agricultural products, a leader in the petroleum additives market, and a top marketer and producer of urethane polymers. It manufactures and manufactures and market products that make other products better in automotive, construction, packaging, agricultural, industrial and consumer applications. To supply the products to customers, it has implemented Shipment Freight Payment process in SAP which needs to be integrated with 3rd Party Logistics provider – Odyssey Logistics.

XI Implementation

SAP Integration with Odyssey for Canada Roll out: The Odyssey implementation done for US has been rolled out for Canada with modifications. They also include the scenarios Transportation Order, Planned Shipments, Executed Shipment from SAP to Odyssey Logistics Canada. The modifications are in regard to include Taxes.

SAP Integration with Odyssey for US domestic (3rd Party Logistic Provider): Analyze/Develop/Configure the Scenarios to support message exchange from SAP to Odyssey Logistics. They include Transportation Order, Planned Shipments, Executed Shipments, Accruals and Transportation Invoice.
