manufacturing of custom built special purpose machines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Converting the Part Drawings into Stage wise Drawings for floor work.

. Drawings categorizing into different areas like fabrication, pattern

and machining process.

. Vendor Negotiation for Purchasing the Raw Material.

. Checking the part drawings for fabrication and list out the material

required for drawing before purchasing the material.

. Intermediate inspection of the materials to reduce mistakes before

sending for further process.

. Follow up with the vendors for getting in time best results.

. Thorough checking the component before handover to the assembly

department.

Project # 1 Title : Legacy Conversions for Drilling Machines

Software used : Pro/e Wildfire 3.0

Role : Team member

Description: Project mainly involves existing Tiff Images of the Drilling

machines of various sizes.

. Input study of the Tiff drawings.

. Conversion of the 2D- Tiff Images to 3D Pro-e files.

. All the part models are assembled as per the Assembly drawing given.

. And all the drawings are reproduced with the updating given by the

Customer.

Software used : Pro/e Wildfire 3.0

Role : Team member

Description: Converting 2D drawings to 3D drawings.

. Modification according to design indent.

. Filing the complete machine drawings as per group wise as a soft

copy.
