- Area Project Manager for North & South Concourses (Feb ’08 – Dec ‘08) Oversight of multi-phase project / Construction / Schedule / Quality Control / Resolution of field issues / New Passenger Boarding Bridge Foundations / Facilitate commissioning and testing / Work with Owner to maintain airport operations in adjacent areas / Participate in activation of remodeled gates back on line for operation
- Change Order Department Manager (Oct’06 to Feb ’08) Develop $20M in allowance scopes with the Owner / Develop in-house and Owner project wide change management procedures & controls / Detail analysis of the change proposals prior to submission of costs / Cost negotiations / Work with scheduling department to develop time impact analysis on changes / Design Assist the Owner in developing scopes and bulletins to facilitate project architectural finishes and MEP modifications to enable the project to pursue a LEED Certification along with scoping, estimating and negotiating the bulletins with subcontractors and Owner (approximately $30M added scope) / Maintain development of junior staff
- Purchasing Manager (July’06 to Dec’06) Participate in development of Owner value engineering / Responsible for Project Purchasing of 36 Subcontracts: Issue RFPs, Assess bid proposals, Create contract exhibits, Award contracts
