SUMMARY
I am currently a full time college student, attending San Jacinto College, Main Campus. I am enrolled in a Communications degree plan. Associated with this, I am proficient with both MAC and PC and am very familiar with the office and professional software most commonly used by businesses today. I have held a variety of service industry positions and have my own transportation. I understand the value and necessity of fostering and maintaining good customer relations. I am a self-starter with good problem solving skills. I also pride myself on my ability to take on difficult jobs and perform them well without the need for detailed instructions, while, at the same time functioning as a member of a team.

Duties Included: Open/Close, count the till, clean the entire store and lock up. Perhaps the largest part of the job was the customer interaction. I did everything in my power to make sure customers were satisfied resulting in a solid base of repeat customers who I knew by order and by name.
November 2006 - February 2008 Delivery Driver/C.S.R., Papa John’s Pizza
Duties Included: Gathering and keeping track of money during shift. I took and assembled orders, then delivered the finished product in a expedited, yet safe, manner. Often worked closing shift and was in charge of cleaning the store. Attempted to keep an immaculate work environment. I enjoyed the interaction with customers.
March 2008 - September 2008 Delivery Driver, Domino’s Pizza

Duties Included: Gathering and keeping track of money during shift and sometimes taking inventory. The duties of Papa John’s and Domino’s were almost identical, however Domino’s required a more stringent and stream lined approach to improve business, resulting in higher pay and volume. Sometimes took inventory.
