Generated $725,000 in Annual Savings in a three (3) month period.

Duties include: As part of a six (6) member team of Engineers my responsibilities was to Validate and Establish new Incentive Labor Rates for 350 Production Workers which included Wood Frame Fabricators, Sewers and Upholsterers. Time Study Standards were established with justifiable Incentives. My duties also included the Design and Fabrication of Production Work Cells, Production Equipment and Tooling utilizing AutoCAD. I was selected from the team to remain for an additional year to establish Line Balancing and to manage Electrical and Mechanical Contractors during the Installation of the Incentive Labor Reporting Terminals and System.
