I am currently employed at First Data Merchant Svcs. as a PC Tech Support Specialist. I perform installations of software as well as troubleshoot issues that our merchants may have. I am responsible for conference calls and escalations between bank executives and tech support from other businesses.

I am a very dedicated self determined individual. I am a volunteer firefighter/EMT and a single mother of two kids. I work 40 hrs a week but I have Fri,Sat, and Sun off so I would be able to dedicate time to a second job.
