• Managed, supervised, and evaluated the forty-five team members and multi-million dollar budgets representing the core (math, science, history, language arts) and enrichment elements, as well as foundation programs for the state of Texas (The enrichment and programmatic elements included, but were not limited to, languages other than English, fine arts, physical education/health, career and technical education, technology applications, advanced academics, college readiness, early childhood and Texas-Spain/Mexico Initiatives)

• Ensured that all sectors provided information and resources to 1300+ districts to allow for academic success of all 5,000,000 students in Texas public schools
