• Summer Internship Project: Analysis of Competitive Scenario in Domestic Upstream OC: The project involved strategic analysis of the competition in the domestic upstream oil and gas sector using Porters Five Force model and an extended SWOT analysis.
Highlights:
Presented recommendations based on the strategic analysis to the L&T EPC – Oil and Gas special projects, senior management and marketing team.
The project was used as the basis for further strategic development by the marketing team.
Larsen and Toubro Infotech Ltd. – Manufacturing Division Sept 2006 – June 2009
• UTC F&S ASTEA: Field Centrix Integration (March 07 – June 09): The project involved implementation of a product for service life cycle management at various locations. It involved integration of various isolated systems with Field Centrix product for centralized control.
Highlights:
Reviewed the business processes during onsite visit to Netherlands to facilitate implementation of product at the client end.
Oversaw the review of business processes, requirement gathering, analysis and implementation for the client at the US locations.
Managed requirement gathering, analysis and implementation of all the reporting related solutions as the Module Lead for reporting requirements in the project.
Compiled and presented learnings in an organization level initiative for projects in Service Management, based on the experience of UTC – Astea Field Centrix Project.
Provided long-ranged business solutions to other perspective multinational clients for automating their Service Management systems.

• IMS: Incident Management Systems (Jan 07 – Mar 07): The scope of work involved understanding and testing of the business processes of the project implemented as per the client requirements. Also, developed BSP and Data Acquisition System with real time constraints.
Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL) – Internship Dec 2006 – May 2006
Highlights:
The project was completed at the R&D Department of Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL).
It dealt with the development of a Data Acquisition System with real time constraints and design and construction of a hardware abstraction layer.
