Central Termo Electrical Power Plant – Poza Rica, MX

Project Manager

Total refurbishment of 3 each 50 Mega watt G.E. Steam Turbines. Replace all piping H.P., I.P., and

L.P., piping coming from boiler to the turbines. Upgraded all control systems on turbine and replaced all control room equipment with Mark VI – A type.

Install a new LM60000NG Unit at the existing power plant. Demo all old foundations as needed. Rebuild all storm water ponds, install new foundation for fuel oil system and fuel oil piping. Updated all switchgear yard equipment. Overseeing all site craft activities, site engineering activities, start-up and all sub-contractors. Constructed 4.3 miles of pipeline to the power plant, for #2 fuel oil, for two new compressors, with 1.4 million gallon storage facility.
