• Running High Tech ethanol plant 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
• Interviewed and trained all Operation employees. Developed training power point slides and training video to go along with quizzes to verify knowledge.
• Responsible for P&L and Operation Budget. Continue to reduce plant utilities cost.
