dummy patient training prior to go-live and designed custom modifications to accommodate special needs
(e.g., old school physician’s users with little computer exposure) post go-live support via phone or one on
one onsite support.
Assisted in creating custom solutions to resolve issues (e.g., system slowdowns, virus outbreaks and process
bottlenecks); and developed functional specifications with hospital staffed IT group for work flow.
Documented workflows and executed comprehensive training plan and handbook and designed “how to” sheets for
