• Over saw the due diligence, acquisition, and property management, leasing and asset management for Grove Plaza which is a 50,000 Square Foot Class B Office Building we purchased for $14Million

• Over saw the due diligence, acquisition, sales and property management of Keystone Towers which is a 200 unit waterfront condominium conversion with 25 dock slips located on the Intracoastal Waterway. The project sold out in 18 months for a value of approximately $48Million.

• Over saw the due diligence, loan approval, pre-sales, development, sales, build-out, and property management of Miami Green which is a 133,000 Square Foot Class “A” GREEN, LEED Certified Office Building in Miami, Florida. The project sold out in 18 months for $50Million.

• Over saw the due diligence, acquisition, sales, property management and asset management of 300 Unit Emerald Place Condominiums with a sellout of $42Million.

• Ensured that talent management processes are in place to attract, acquire, retain and develop leaders for Holly Real Estate. Ensured that succession plans were in place, and employees were receiving appropriate development and performance feedback. Increased retention of employees in critical roles and continuously improved employee and customer satisfaction.

• Drove consistent development and execution of Six Sigma operational processes and projects. Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and initiatives to increase the value of the account, as well as the contribution of the client’s success.
