Process transactions as needed in cellular phone Company, including but not limited to: new activations contract renewals, insurance claims, and warranty exchanges. This was a commission plus hourly position. Must know all phone capabilities and prices in order to assist customers with the best phone and/or accessories to suit that individuas needs; evaluate all customers needs to find opportunities for a sale. Troubleshoot customers phones to determine what transactions need to take place at that visit. All of this was performed using about 7 different computer programs. Keep all customers information confidential, conduct all back office duties including inventory, DOA's and RTI's.
