Working with multiple Server 2003/2008 networks my primary role is providing support for users who are both local and remote (via RDP, VPN, and Citrix Presentation Server) with a mixture of XP, Vista, and Windows7 workstations. Locally host a Blackberry Enterprise Server as well as two Exchange servers - 2003 for users in remote locations and - 2007 for local users. Host two Citrix servers running accounting/medical software packages Answers on Demand, MAS200, and LTC as well as two web servers at an offsite COLO accessed by 34+ locations. I support a 3Com NBX100 system and a multipoint Polycom videoconferencing system. Occasionally I travel to remote sites to set up new community networks and connect them back to corporate network in Memphis.
