 Scope of building I completed: Several concrete tilt-up warehouse buildings ranging from 85,000 sq. feet to 27,000 sq. feet with 8,000 sq. feet of 2 level T.I. to 3,500 sq. feet of 2 level T.I. A retail center that included and Islands burgers, Chipotle, Pick up Stix and Johnny Carino’s. In the South Bay Pavilion mall, I built a T-Mobile shell, and a Post office complete turn-key construction both steel framed buildings as well as a Washington Mutual wood framed shell concurrently. All 3 buildings required Pyles 45 feet down.

 Scheduled all necessary inspections, pulled permits and UL testing and approval for new microscope.

 Performed design-build liaison function between customer and architect.

 All work including punch list completion from previous job completed early and within budget.

 Responsible for Exterior remodeling of Food 4 Less Santa Fe Springs

 New Canopy required new structural footings, Grade beams and surgical demo while maintaining full access to open store.

 Designed tunnel and safety fencing so work could be performed and allowing full functionality of store.

 Submitted RFI’s and coordinated with structural engineer and architect to resolve design flaws.

 Designed 13 foot “cricket” and several other remedies onsite to correct faulty plans all with written approval from architect and structural engineer.

 Coordinated with city planner approval of exterior masonry.

 Personally installed temporary rain shelter when project was halted due to plans not being approved.

 Maintained site appearance and safety.

 Worked on several grocery store remodels and complete new internal construction of grocery store in an existing building during down time of plan approval, while maintaining site safety and appearance.
