Head Projects and Contract Fulfillment Responsible

• Current engagement involves heading the Projects and Contract fulfillment responsible (CFR) for the Customer Unit level handling LTE projects.

• Responsible for Pre-Analysis of Opportunity Qualification, contract execution strategy, associated risk exposure, defining the governance of the contract, including supply, service delivery and customer project planning & execution.

• Ensured alignment of contract governance set-up, financial and business-reporting requirements and early-start activities associated with the sales opportunity.

• Cost and financial management by preparing cost proposals based upon established unit rates and/or solicits cost proposals from vendors based upon a written scope of work. Managed the financial cycle including bidding and proposals, purchase orders, and review and approval of vendor invoices.
