Responsible for Designing, and installation of heat blankets to minimize heat radiation and develop fit check tools for first article.

Responsible for designing and installation new bleed air tubes to improve functionality and quality of the system.

Responsible for Reverse Engineer and improve the tubing required on the complete cabin plumbing and hydraulic system.

Responsible for investigating, identification and design fix for change requests, non-conformance and line stoppage issues.

Responsible for Designing and finalizing an Engine diagnostic Unit relocation to ease access on field and service.

Worked on engineering support to improve wheel well corrosion protection and tire pressure measuring system.

Responsible for optimization and digitization of landing gear door mechanism.

Responsible for legacy conversion of installations from Mylar to CATIA V5 along with incorporating the change requests

Challenger Completions offshore support (Apr 2006 -Nov 2006) Design Engineer

Responsible for creating part, assemblies, installation and drawings for cockpit, baggage compartment, and Passenger door for Challenger series aircrafts, responsibility included analyzing clash between systems and creating digital mock up of the various interior systems.

Core Engineering – Parts Catalog (2004 -Apr 2006) Design Engineer

Responsible for Preparing the required EXCEL Sheet as per the standard part specification sheet, later Creating the required part in CATIA V5 and Linking the Model to the Excel using Design Tables and exploding the parts into catalog parts to make a database of standard parts with various configurations readily available to be used in future design of systems. The catalog made included types of Electrical, plumbing and fasteners.
