BBA in accounting from Interamerican University, Puerto Rico - Summa Cum Laude and a BA degree, with a major in Management - Summa Cum Laude (1995). Held several positions throughout my career ranging from secretary, legal secretary / assistant, accountant, comptroller to general manager of Marina Puerto Rico. Owner of several enterprises.

Running daily and long term operations of a full-service marina including docks and dry-stack. Overseeing personnel, procurement, business financials and accounting, promote continuous business improvement activities and capital investments. Design and implement cost reduction programs. Manage governmental relationships, including compliance, taxes and contracts.

Comptroller, Marina Puerto Chico from 1996 to 2000

Integrate accounting and payroll programs. Develop / review interim financial statements, payroll, and quarterly government taxes. Supervise and verify accounts receivable / payables. Managed clients, suppliers and government contracts
