Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and productive environment ensuring that all associates are following the company’s rules and procedures. Work with the supervisors to provide training for all associates in their new roles, as well as the positions that they may already be in. Cycle improvements, overall process improvements, ordering shop supplies, issue counseling write-ups as well as positive write-ups, ensure that we send our customers the highest quality parts on time every time.

I enjoy coaching and leading employees to be better at what they do. I don’t want to be just a boss.
