• Responsible for the procurement of all Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Federal funding for security related items while served in security division.

• Responsible for the preparation and overseeing of these office's budgets $1M - $10M USD.

• Responsible for the preparation of these offices’s vacation schedules (10 – 150+unionizd employees).

• While in security division was in charge of maintaining the radio communications equipment (500+ radios) of the ports authority and acted as liaison with the company responsible for maintaining the system.

• Responsible for all personnel, service and equipment requisitions as well as disbursements of payments while with these departments.

• Administer and verify all the reports and deposits made by the cashiers of the security division.

• Responsible for troubleshooting any and all supplier related problems including acting as liaison with said suppliers with other divisions especially the Purchasing and the Payments division of the Ports Authority.

• Administered the auditing and verification of payments for privately contracted security personnel.
