• The construction of a 15,000 CPEP Addition (Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program) to the existing Emergency Department, including the construction of a new utility tunnel for the Chilled Water, Electrical (Four New 27 kv main feeder lines) and Steam services.

Preakness Healthcare Center Passaic County, Wayne, NJ (September 2008 to October 2009)

Project Cost: $85,000,000

• The construction of a 238,000 SF addition and 50,000 SF renovation to health center, which included 360 new bedrooms, new entrance, lobby and parking, new kitchen, cafeteria, library and retail center, a clinical suite, gardens and courtyards.

Rutgers’s University Football Stadium Expansion, Piscataway, NJ (May 2008 to August 2008)

Project Cost: $45,000,000

• The construction of luxury boxes and suites, general renovations, and the construction of the south end of the field to add an additional 10,000 seats to the facility and the installation of a new Scoreboard.

New Jersey Institute of Technology EDC III-5th Floor Laboratory Fit Out, Newark, NJ (January 2008 to April 2008)

Project Cost: $1,200,000

• The fit out of existing shell space on the 5th floor of New Jersey Institute of Technology's EDC III Building into new generic laboratory spaces. Project scope includes converting 2,400 SF of office space into laboratory space configured.

Prudential Center New Jersey Devils, Newark, NJ (December 2006 to December 2008)

Project Cost: $350,000,000

• Due to size and magnitude of this project I was one of three Project Managers responsible for overseeing the construction of the Prudential Center. My concentrated responsibilities were to guide the engineering staff in preparing change orders and submitting them for approval, and to over see the construction of the Devil’s Locker Rooms and Training Facility, Project entailed fast-track construction of an 18,000 seat arena, practice facility, & parking deck totaling 800,000 S.F.

• As Project Superintendent I was responsible to oversee the renovation of three-story,120,000 SF structure which was to house 110,000 SF of chemical and biotechnology research labs; new mechanical and electrical services, interior demolition on two floors; and phased occupancy.

• Oversight and manage staff for all contract changes which included preparing all budget estimates, assistance with purchasing, review and preparation of cost proposals, and issuing change orders. The project entailed the renovation to 10 existing laboratory and office buildings on campus.

The project entailed 120,000 SF of renovation work throughout the hospital and 160,000 SF five-story addition.
