• Lipid peroxidation results in elevated levels of DNA adduct which are seen to be a major cause in the initiation of carcinogenesis. The study is carried out to check the effect of antioxidants on DNA-adduct formation on various tissues.
• Detection of 7-(1',2'- dihydroxyheptyl) substituted ethenodeoxyadenosine (DHHedA) adducts in vivo and to standardize a protocol for detection of these adducts from rat tissues.
• To determine the fact that people suffering from wilsons disease have a higher risk of developing Hepatocarcinoma by detection of adducts developed in Long Evans rat which act as a model for Wilsons disease.
• Targeted drug delivery of Vincristine in presence of multi walled carbon nanotubes on Breast carcinoma Cell line, Mcf-7
