JOB ASSIGNMENTS

PLANNING: I maintain weekly, fortnightly, monthly and yearly planning pertains to Production, Marketing, Funds Flow & inventory.

ORGANISING: I organize business activities by contacting parties, responding the enquiries received from parties, quoting competitive rates, negotiating, finalizing the orders, executing orders and maintaining follow up for realization of outstanding payments.

Since we deal with State Electricity Boards and Power Utilities, Government’s Contractors, I go through the Tenders in depth floated by State Electricity Boards / Discoms and prepare Executive Notes i.e. summarize the tenders for the preparation of Offer Letter for onward submission to the concerned Boards.

I maintain close follow up with the Boards for getting information / status of the tenders and convince the concerned officials for good quantum of orders

I comply with all the requisite activities i.e. submission of Security Deposits, Signing Contract Agreements, Submission of Performance Deposits for getting 100% payments

I maintain close follow up with various Regional Stores of Boards.

I have been dealing with the following Electricity Boards / Discoms.
