This project is a 40 Acre site where I was in charge of all aspects of the Infra-structure in its entirety, starting from Value Engineering, the clearing of the property, the installation of the Lift Station, all UG Utilities, Sewer, Storm and Water, and the construction of the first six, High End Tilt Wall Buildings. The Site also contains two lakes, each containing an illuminated fountain system. Listed below are the buildings within the RCA Design Center for which I was in charge and a brief description.

Robb & Stucky Furniture:

65,000 square foot, two stories Tilt Wall Building with a Composite deck floor system, two escalators, a freight and pedestrian elevator.

Thomasville / Lazy Boy Furniture Stores:

40,000 square foot split level Tilt Wall Building with a Girder and bar joist deck floor system, one pedestrian elevator and rough in for a future “dumb waiter”.

Robb & Stucky Patio Furniture Store:

25,000 square foot, two stories Tilt Wall Building with a Girder and bar joist deck floor system with one pedestrian elevator.

Catalfumo Construction and Development Headquarters:

60,000 square foot building with a three stories center core and matching two stories wings with a Composite deck floor system, two pedestrian elevators (one future) and a custom built Grand Stair Case.

Parking Garage/ Retail Center:

80,000 square foot, six level Parking Garage with three floors of Retail Store Front. The Garage is constructed of 12” thick Tilt Wall Panels and Double “T” floor system with two High Security Monitored elevators. The Retail was constructed of 8” thick Tilt Wall Panels and a “Hollow Core” pre-stressed floor system with a two inch top coat. The interiors were turned over as Vanilla Boxes for future tenant build out.
