• Grand-opened a brand new shopping center, “Citadel Crossing”, with a marketing strategy to creatively position this new center in the marketplace. Negotiated with various Media & community groups for special event tie-ins. Implemented co-op circulars and print ads, radio and TV commercials for the grand opening. Event day was packed with excited shoppers.
