Professional Experience

As an Customer Service Representative, my primary duties were to make outbound calls to verify the current information of lists received for Timeshare Owners interested in selling their timeshares and update lists accordingly.

As a Call Center Agent with the Disney Catalog Center, my primary duties were to process telephone orders by guests and assist them with discrepancies. Also, responding to emails regarding orders which were never received or on back order. This required analyzing data, entering new addresses and making recommendations which required working with the Kana System.

As a Sales Agent with the Disney Reservation Center my primary duties were assisting travel agents, assigning Grand Gathering numbers, booking Grand Gathering Experiences, and assisting guests with planning their vacations. This included booking reservations while providing a presentation which will fascinate the guests while speaking with them on the phone. I also utilized Folios to assist in answering guests questions regarding resorts and specific information regarding Disney products.

As a Sales Associate for JCPenney my primary duties were to straighten the clothes racks in the Plus size department and the dressing rooms located there, as well as, use of the cash register to assist clients with their purchases.
