WORK EXPERIENCE:
January 11 – Present Pyramid Mold
Tool Maker Ontario, CA
• Started learning and assisting SR tool makers to run various jobs, from design to ordering material steel, mold bases to secondary material bolts, baffles wires for hot runners etc.
• Assisted Sr. Mold-Makers in all aspects of high cavitation’s & precision mold construction
• Rough out cavity & cores, drill waterlines, screw and ejection holes prior to hear treat
• Finish grind cavity & cores, ejection and core pins and other mold components to +/- .0002 using various different set ups.
• Assisted in the design and building of close tolerance jigs and fixtures for manufacturing and inspection. Also for second operation for manufactured parts. Assisted in mold repair department, mold break
downs and clean ups, mold changeover and repair
