 QuietCare is a wireless personal safety system that is placed within a senior citizen's home that uses multiple motion sensors placed in strategic areas. The base unit uploads information to the web for the assigned caregiver to manage alerts. Can identify: bathroom falls, temperature, refrigerator usage, time of wake up, wandering residents outside of home (or inside of home during night).

 Offered technical support over phone/e-mail and in person to: account managers, tech. ops team, caregivers, maintenance directors, executive directors, and etc.

 Traveled nation-wide to perform installation of hardware with other tech. ops. team and in unison with our company's RNs and Account Managers.

 Managed thousands of accounts covered across the nation in order to make sure hardware is working properly at all times by analyzing raw data of sensor information, writing technical tickets, communicating with team, and initializing repairs.
