Description: PEGA PRPC has been used as a business rules engine in collaboration with the Sun Integration platform JCAPS to facilitate the Claims adjustment process and to calculate the payments to the providers. ITSHost receives the MQ message (Disposition Format) from mainframe system. The Transaction Manager component is designed in JCAPS to receive and send the DF to PRPC for processing. The application is designed to support originals and adjustments processing. The ITSHost executes the necessary flows and business logic based on the parameters provided. PRPC prepares the response message and also keep tracts of balance counts, end of the day balances in the system. The JCAPS system receives the response and updates the database and Post the messages to MQ.
Responsibilities:
• Developed and unit tested specific modules with Pega Rules Process Commander. Implemented the business rules on the basis of software requirements specifications (SRS) using Pega Rules Process Commander.
