Responsible for machine in-charge from July’2009 to April’2012 on high speed paper machine of 1000MPM erected and commissioned by M/S MESTSO

Machine having silent features of CD control head box with MB former, shoe press,Valsizer and Val soft by M/S METSO

Achieved quality re pulp reduction from3.0% to 1.0% through focus improvement projects with DMAIC Approach

Achieved the KPI as per the laid down standards by taking FI projects like power reduction, reduction of quality re-pulp, Reduction of paper machine breaks and steam consumption reduction.

Achieved in ensuring the optimization of chemicals as per thresh holding limits.

Achieved in stabilization of new products with ASA and 100%PCC
