I have over 25 years of experience as a service manager in the automotive industry; working with various and multiple car lines. I am a self-starter, very detail-oriented, quick learner, and am eager to learn new skills. In addition, I have excellent oral and written communication skills, in which I am fully able to utilize when working with customers, subordinates, peers, and executive staff members. I have excellent customer service skills that I have developed over the years, and have been able to resolve issues and satisfy even the most challenging clients.

More recently, I changed fields and was pursuing a career in the mortgage loan industry. In this position, I became a certified mortgage loan officer, handling various residential and commercial loan accounts. However, due to the recent decline in the housing market, I would like to utilize this experience and segue into a position that is more stable.
