WORK EXPERIENCE:

My experience includes class A CDL's with 8 years of heavy hauling (lowboy) where

I have been charged with haualing loads with a weight range of 10,000 to 200,000

lbs. as well as coal and aggregates. I am also a member of the 181 Operating Engineers

Union as an operator of equipment such as hydralic cranes and most types of earth

movers as well as custom grade work drainage and finish grade work (bull dozer and

motor graders up to 14g), steep inclines and rock placement, trenching, and loading

trucks production ( excavator and backhoe, wheel loaders, as well as trenchers ),

lifting and manuvering, tigis picks, (28 to 250 ton hydralic cranes, rough terrain

and indoor (plant) forklifts), hauling equipment such as D10T bull dozers, 988H wheel

loaders, 631D scrapers, rock trucks, and smaller equipment( lowboy) and I am a welder

by trade with experience in reading of blue prints and have held a boilermakers certification.

Brad & Sons Construction; Foreman/ Ass. Superintendent; My responsibilityies with

this job include layout of compressor stations, oversite of projects including pipeline

construction. Other duties associated with this job are operating all heavy equipment

used on jobsites including cranes, and orginization of workforce.

Feb 1 2008 to Jan 28 2011

Brad Roark Construction; Dealer of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings, general contractor;

My business included the sale of the buildings as well as site work (grade work),

layout and erection of structures, all concrete work for building foundations, structural

welding, any wood structure associated with any project, overseeing all crews on

multiple jobs, and day to day operations of business.

July 2 2007 to Feb 1 2008 , Aug 1 2008 to Sept 19 2008

Laurel Pipeline; Overseeing and performing commercial pipeline construction including

oil and gas trnsmission lines ranging from 1" to 10" steel line and 2" to 10" poly

line. With this job my duties included pipe fusion (hyd. and manual), digging, backfilling,

clearing, reclamation as well as oversite responsibilities.

April 3 2004 to July 1 2007

Triple-B Excavating; Overseeing and performing comercial and residential site excavation

such as custom grade work, water, gas, sewer, and drainage lines. G.P.S. and laser

tranzit for building sites soil compaction, and clearing land for civil use, using

bull dozers, excavators, backhoes, wheel loader's (high lift's), and skid steer loader's.

Hauling heavy equipment with combination tractor trailor (lowboy) for various equipment

dealers as well as private contractors covering all of central and eastern KY. and

most surrounding states.

June 3 2002 to March 7 2004

Self employed; Roarks Portable Welding; Contracting and performing various welding

jobs. Involved in my buisness I employed 3 men and oversaw them on high and low pressure

gas line welding hot welds and fabricating gas compresser's meter runs and drying

towers of my on design. As well as the fabrication and erection of structural steel.

July 2 2001 to June 3 2002

Mc Clures Excavating and Well Service; Overseeing the installation of sewer systems,

custom yard grading, road building, and clearing. When this company expanded to gas

line work I began overseeing and installing gas lines and meters where I utilized

excavators, backhoes, bull dozers, and trenchers.

Feb. 5 2000 to July 1 2001 and present

181 Operating Engineers; Operating heavy equipment on comercial excavation sites

such as excavators, backhoes, bull dozers, wheel loaders, and track loaders performing

finish and rough grade, grade and drain work on highways and building sites. My main

job as an operating engineer was operating 28 to 250 ton hydralic cranes and 1 ton

to 65 ton forklifts for companies such as Duncan Machinery Movers and D&D Machinery

Movers where I helped with moving machinery in and out of various factories around

KY.

July. 7 2007 with (breaks) to present

Self Employed & Brad & Sons Construction; Erecting civil and comercial structures

as well as natural gas compressor stations. With Bradford Pipeline I am charged with

the oversight and operations of cranes and forklifts (4000 lbs. to 15,000lbs.) in

and around highly explosive gas compressors as well as the toxic chemicals used in

prossesing natural gas. I am also charged with the transportation of equipment using

combination trucks and trailors under C.D.L class A with air brakes where I have

had uninterupted service. I recently dropped my Haz-Mat Endorsment but I would be

willing to re-aquire them if required for the job position

Further more I belive that I am capable of performing the duties of the job I am

applying for using my working experience with moderate supervison or in some cases

none at all, and I have no problem with random urinalysis testing, although I am

not above listening to instruction or direction and I am willing to learn new things

I am a firm beliver that one can never know it all and any advice is good advice.

EDUCATION:

My education includes a High School and G.E.D diploma recieved from Job Corps in

Pine Knot, KY. Where I studied welding and gen. education.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

I am a certified fork lift operator all fuels, capacities and types. I also have

an overhead crane certification from Duncan Machinery Movers. I have had my class

A CDL's for 6 years with tanker endorsement, I recently dropped the haz - mat endorsement

but would get it back if required.
