HR, Payroll, Benefits Shared Service development – Leader and Organizational driver in planning development of an HR Shared Service center, based on the entire PeopleSoft HCM suite for a major global financial services company. Co-managed an organization wide rollout of PeopleSoft across geographically dispersed locations and Web delivery to over ten thousand employees.
