• Developed components for several variant vehicles based on common General Motors Truck (GMT) chassis.

• Developed proprietary designs and assessed feasibility through 3D modeling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), prototype builds, and participated in testing of final product to include shake, heat, and freeze tests.
