Inspect for irreparable damage and repair to industry standards.

Machine cut, lap, and check dimensions for tolerance of min. thickness allowed

VALVE ASSEMBLY

Assemble a variety of different valves.

- Including but not limited to Ariel, Gemini, White, Ajax, Penn., etc.

Correctly assemble valves with proper internal parts to correspond with heat and pressure of compressor.

Liquid test valves for seal and check shoulder thickness for min. thickness.

AUTO’ CAD DRAFTER

To dimension and replicate valves, rods, pistons, and etc. for manufacturing purposes.

Design and draft parts with alterations for specific customer personalization.

Draft aftermarket compressor parts such as but not limited to pistons, piston rods, cylinder flanges, cover and etc.

Manufacture a drawing from sketches of customers or other clients.
