I have 8 years experience in the Custodian field; I will be able to demonstrate the training experience that I received from working in the Lee County School System as a custodian for eight years. I have considerable experience dealing with staff and student safety I have the knowledge and the ability to provide a safe environment. I consider this experience to be customer service also. I work daily with the staff, students and my faculty. I enjoy maintaining a safe environment for my school. I work well with people and enjoy getting the task set before me finished in a timely fashion. I was recently promoted to Building Supervisor at my school. It is such a privilege to see that all those years of hard work paid off. I now have the experience and the training behind me to motivate and manage a crew.
