Executive Summary: With my advanced education and almost fifteen years of solid Telecommunications Management experience, I have been in positions of increasing responsibility over the span of my career. Technically, I have been in test engineer positions as well as a systems engineer. I have been an analyst who collected business requirements and documented them for review of my peers as well as high level executives. As my career began to evolve, I started managing people in technical roles, program managing complex projects, including both customer and infrastructure networks, circuit switched and VoIP. I have many years of experience in BSS/OSS and systems integrations projects.
