As an operations manager for this $335M dollar supplier of wireless and microwave based communications for defense, commercial and space applications.

• Resolved Brazing issues by conducting vendor on-site DOE that improved defect rate from 25% to 5%. Cost savings of $150K to the program.

• Conducted advanced laser cutting process trials for “thin layer” cutting for missile seeking program than resulted in a $1.7M capital cost reduction.
