1. Oracle Functional Consultant

Duties:

Providing consulting and development expertise to deploy Oracle E-Suite for a large group of trading enterprises with 7 companies located in the Gulf Area:

 Completing business case studies for the industry solution, including gap analysis, system design and work estimates

 Deploying Oracle E-Suite Distribution modules that include Inventory, Cost Management, Purchasing, Order Management and advanced pricing for more than 200 retail and wholesale branches across the kingdom.

 Accountable for the technical customizations and programming of application including: interfaces, extracts, conversion functions, forms, reports and workflow adjustments.

 Evaluating and recommending new features to be implemented, directing the formalization and execution of tests to meet quality and utility criteria.

 Reporting project progress to management and effectively communicating with clients, and development teams to ensure the successful deployment of Oracle Software.

 Successfully completing all assignments within defined functionality, ensuring proper security and user accessibility restrictions are followed.

 Mapping ORACLE Distribution Modules to fit Al-Jedaie Group requirements

 Documenting all project stages and supporting key users.

 Extend the necessary training to the key and end users helping them to use the functions they need in the application.

 Write the key and the end user manuals for the Oracle e-Suite supply chain modules.

 Administrate the development of customized reports, screens, and modules to fit the requirements that could not be available in the application such as customized stock taking module, Letter of Credit and landed cost module, Stock Transfer Cycle module, and many other customized screens and reports

 Launch the production phase for the Distribution Modules of the Oracle e-Business applications in Al Jedaie group of companies.

 Good knowledge about ORACLE Financial modules (FA,AP,AR,GL,CM) and the way in which distribution modules interface with the financial modules.

 Adding the new established companies to ORACLE Application and make the whole setup for those companies, train the users, and follow up the business flow.

 Appending new business activities in some of the group companies to the activities that already existed in the launched Application

 Deal with different business flows and cycles such as retail, wholesale, projects, and manufacturing and deploy each cycle in the proper way into ORACLE application which could be totally different from one business cycle to another.

 Analyze the requirement for an offline POS system that is home developed and totally integrated with ORACLE e-Business suite modules.

 Analyze the integration between the Offline system and Oracle e-Business suite modules and determine the way of interfacing the data from/to ORACLE e-Business suite modules including all the details of the interface tables, customized scripts, and standard requests that could be used to integrate the flow of data between the two systems.

 Make the design for the home-developed POS system that includes three tiers: the POS tier, intermediate Back Office tier, and Oracle Application tier

 Build the ERD, Functions hierarchy, and the design of the forms and reports that will be used in the system

 Supervise the development of the POS system and administrate testing the flow of data between the different tiers, the Documentation for the POS project phases and the distribution of tasks among the project team members

 Administrate all the points in all the project phases that are related to ORACLE e-Business suite distribution modules

 Adjust and add some setup points into ORACLE application to suite the presence of the POS system

 Using ORACLE Replication to transfer the data from/to the developed offline POS system

2. JAWA Retail System Administrator
