Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities included processing samples for Phase I clinical trials according to protocol, GCP and FDA guidelines. Conducted laboratory procedures; included but not limited to pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analysis as delegated, with completed source documentation. As a project manager, my responsibilities included reviewing SOP’s and protocols as well as overseeing proper procedures were being used in developing new projects. Proper cGMP’s as well as PPE’s were closely monitored and followed. Writing and revising SOP’s were a requirement as well writing 510K's, Special 510k's, and Add to Files, to be submitted to and approved by the FDA. **Responsible for overseeing that drug test were properly formulated and prepared using all regulatory guidelines. Responsible for initiating and writing corrective action reports (CAR) when a product was improperly formulated. I prepared evaluations on employees that would assist in determining promotions as well as salary increases.
