Sales and Marketing Director
• Successfully established relationships, co-branding and marketing opportunities between
M Technologies and our primary channel partners which include Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Citrix and others.
• Responsible for producing and presenting seminars and product trainings for clients and potential clients which increased sales by seven percent for each primary channel partner averaging $150,000 a year per partner, resulting in achieving quota.
• With a limited budget and resources, successfully produced direct mailings and e-mailings that increased our pipeline which enabled our sales force to bring in new clients and doubled M Technologies worth from $3 million to $6 million over eight years.
• Responsible for managing a sales team which enabled M Technologies to move up in channel partner status with Microsoft, Citrix and Cisco.
• Accomplishments include establishing company policies and procedures for use by Sales Representatives, Engineers and Technicians resulting in an additional six percent increase in volume with established clients.

Channel Account Manager
• Worked with the channel partners individually in developing strategic and innovative marketing and sales campaigns that fit their targeted markets which increased sales of IBM/Lotus products through the partner channel.
• Educated VAR, VAD, Retail and National Integrator sales representatives on IBM/ Lotus software products, promotions and certification requirements.
• Worked with the channel partner sales representatives from partners such as Binary Tree, CoreTech, Interim Technology and IT Systems on joint sale calls and developed the proper IBM/Lotus solution for their clients’ needs which contributed to their achieving quota and increased IBM/Lotus sales.
• Made joint sales calls with corporate representatives from CompUSA and Computer City to their Fortune 500 accounts along with large privately held firms which included Chase Bank, Pepsico and Combe Industries.
• Further built the Lotus Notes brand by increasing the number of channel partners within my territory by six percent, exceeding established goals.
