Organize 1-2 hour art lesson. Instruct children (ages 5-6) on a chosen structured art lesson. Each lesson uses different principles of art while introducing different mediums. Collect materials and set up classroom, manage volunteers, collect art and double matt art work for display at Art Show. Set up and tear down of Art Show.

Victory Team Apparel-Apparel/Graphic Designer/Photographer (San Diego, CA /May ‘08 – June ‘11)

Responsibilities for this cheerleading company included apparel design, graphic design, photography, package design, product design & development. Apparel & products included, uniforms, warm-up sets, shorts, skirts, tops, shoes, bags, cosmetics, print patterns & accessories. Created sketch of designs & technical drawings to submit to vendor/manufacturers. Graphic design included 62 page catalog, advertisements, collateral, t-shirt graphics, logo development and package design. Create cover concept and marketing concepts for sales and execute ideas in photo shoot. Assist and organize in production of photo shoot. Assist in selection of models and possible poses for catalog and website. Photograph product laydowns, color correct & clip photos of laydowns

and models to prepare for catalog. Airbrush/color correct skin, eliminate garment wrinkles, garment color corrections and

photo manipulations.

Pony Express Creations, Inc.-Costume/Product Designer (San Diego, CA /July ‘05 - January ‘07)

Responsibilities at this costume company included multi-tasking in all facets of costume designing. Designed Halloween costumes, holiday products, hats, wigs, and accessories for mass market to fit with budget cost. Sketch presentations or create presentation digitally with Photoshop or Illustrator. Select fabrics, trims, and accessories for costumes within target cost and market. Complete design folders with sketches, technical drawings, fabric and trim selections for production. I assisted the Senior designer in completion of design folders and flat sketches for licensed Playboy costume line. I assisted the product manager in administrative work, such as phone calls, letters, and documentations. I sent out correspondences and presentation boards to licensors for approvals. Created spread sheets and PowerPoint presentations for sales teams to sell product. Created shoot lists for photo-shoot for photography of costumes. Hire models and organize photo shoot working directly with photographer to create conceptual and final photo for packaging and catalog. Occasionally help cut patterns and fabric for samples to be made in house. Worked directly with President/CEO as liaison between other designers to organize and complete product line book.

Responsibilities at this stencil company included In-house graphics, such as designing or contributing to design of, 1 to 3 page flyer layouts, 4 to 80 page catalog layouts, DVD/VHS cover designs, prepare media print for output with Xerox FieryDocuColor 12.Worked directly with President/Creative Director to refine stencil designs, vectorize designs from an image. Clean and prepare vectorized stencil designs for production, helped production with final weeding of cut vinyl to create stencil. Assisted interior faux designers with product knowledge of vinyl and mylar stencils for purchasing. Prepared images/photos for web, upload web images to internet and website. Worked in team environment to organize, facilitate, or designate office duties such as Internet downloads, customer service, answering phones, order processing, and data entry.

Responsibilities at this product catalog included working directly with managers, assisting customers with product knowledge, health issues, and purchases. Drive and facilitate mail department, email customer service responses, Internet downloads, customer service solutions, answering phones, order processing, trouble shooting, and data entry.

Annual Golden Hanger Fashion Awards-Apparel Designer (San Diego, CA – July 1998)

Created & designed special 4 piece collection to be showcased at the opening of 12th Annual Fashion show. Created & designed collection theme, mood boards, fabric selection, all patterns, first sample, sewing, and final product. Selected to design special gown for celebrity model. Andrea Naverson at KUSI TV Station-News Anchor. Developed sketches, first pattern, first sample, fittings, and sewing, to complete specialty gown.
