• Use Altiris PC Management software to access remote PCs for troubleshooting and maintenance issues.

• Support any Microsoft OS issues as well as Microsoft Office issues, software support includes all vendor specific software.

• Travel to various locations to perform installations of network equipment and network nodes and perform any repairs or upgrades that can not be preformed remotely.
