- Air Test and Evaluation Squadron ONE is responsible for the Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of Naval Aircraft with results reported to Congress Annually. Projects include C-130J, E-2D, E-6B, EP-3, P-3, P-8A, MH-60R/S, SH-60B/F, HH-60H, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Squadron comprised of 400 military and civilian personnel and annual budget exceeding $100 million.
- Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chief Operational Test Director. Managed the needs of 70 Officer, Contractor, and Enlisted personnel in the operational test of 16 Chief of Naval Operations directed programs of which 7 are in the ACAT-I (multi-billion dollar) category and include P-8A Poseidon, MQ-8B Firescout, BAMS-D UAV, E-2D Hawkeye, and MH-60s Organic Airborne Mine Counter Measures.

• Performs general flight duties; operates aviation warfare systems equipment; performs flight related diagnostic functions using manual and computer routines; analyzes and classifies aviation warfare systems data, conducts aircrew briefing and debriefing; provides tactical information relating to military objectives
• Responsible for short and long-term planning affecting training and operations

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY:
• Operations Department Supervisor for two maritime patrol squadrons managing the daily scheduling of 280 personnel in the execution of 2554 flights totaling 13,028 flight hours with a fuel operating budget of 11.7 million dollars.
• Warfare Development Department Supervisor effectively managed three sub-departments, six divisions, and six training tracks ensuring 12 aircrews and 140 personnel were worldwide deployable in all areas of Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Operations
