R&H construction in Larsen & Toubro Limited, MFF division, Hazira Manufacturing Complex, India:

Ensuring quality at all stages of production (input, in-process and output) and job is done as per required specification & standards.

Review of Quality Assurance Plan / ITP, QA \ QC procedures.

Stage wise inspection as per QC Plan of Piping & Structure like Material Identification, Fit up, Weld Visual, NDT Clearance, PWHT, Hardness & Ferrite measurement, Final Dimension, Inspection Clearance Note, LHS Review, Erection Fit up, Hydro Test \ Pneumatic Test Inspection, Loop clearance, Box-up & Insulation of Piping.

Inspection of Equipment Installations.

Mechanical Clearance of Piping system (Carbon Steel, Carbon Steel (NACE), LTCS, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Cupro-Nickel) by referring the engineering documents like GA drawings, P & ID, Isometrics & support standards.

Coordinating with Third party / Client’s inspection and review.

Resolving all issues / punch points, preparation of final dossier to obtain Release Note for dispatch of project.

Familiar with WPS, PQR & Welder Qualifications, Codes & Standards like ASME Sec II- Part A, B, C, Sec V, Sec IX, and Sec VIII Div I, ASME B 31.3, B 31.4 & B 31.8, AWS D1.1 etc.

ACADEMIC PROJECT:

Design and fabrication of EGR

Design and fabrication of Exhaust Gas Recirculation in diesel engine using counter flow heat exchanger.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Acted as an event organizer during technical events like ‘Mechana 2010’ and college annual day functions.

Participated in various debate competitions, aptitude tests and G.K. quiz and achieved outstanding results.
