OBJECTIVE:

My main goal is to make sure that the customer is always satisfied and happy. I realize that a customer is what keeps a business going, therefore we should treat each and everyone of them with tremendous amounts of respect. I put myself in their position to better understand whatever situation it is that they are going through. I have worked directly with customers in every position that I have held and I also have experience with phones and calling centers. I know how to operate a multi-line phone and keep a well maintained professional voice while doing so. I am pretty fair in the accounting field as well. However, I would have to say that my career highlights are customer service and telemarketing.

My responsibilites as a service cashier are to book service tickets (including warranty). Figure correct dollar amounts owed by the customer. A little experience in accounting is needed for this position. I also submit warranty payments, fax warranty payments. Fill out gas tickets or purchase orders. I work directly with the customer. I do anything in my power to keep the customer satisfied and keep him/her coming back to our dealership. I also help with the receptionists postion when needed. I was responsible for contacting customers via phone/email/postal card to remind them when they were due for specific services or any other kind of scheduled maintenance. My ultimate goal was to sell services and schedule appointments so that the customer would be able to get in and out as quick as possible. I would call a customer to notify them when a special ordered part for their vehicle had arrived and to schedule an appointment. I called customers to remind them of an appointment that had been scheduled for the next day or to reschedule a missed appointment. I was also in charge of the customer satisfaction calls. I would contact a customer via phone/email the next day and three weeks after their initial service visit to ensure COMPLETE satisfaction. If they were not completely satisfied I was responsible for forwarding the information to the correct party to get everything solved. I learned that most of the time a customer just wants to be heard, and that is exactly what I was there to do. I also helped with the transporting position. I would transport customers to and from dealership if needed, delivered vehicles to the customer, and transport cars from service drive to the correct shops.
