Built the first Dunkin Donuts inside a hotel casino in Las Vegas which is located at the Fremont Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas. Project was a TI consisting of 800 square feet and was completed in 28 days from start to finish. Project came in 10 days ahead of schedule and under budget. I took a Hurricane Wings & Grill to 90% completion prior to being transferred to the Dunkin Donuts project. Utilized my ability to interpret instruction, specifications, including reading blueprints. Performed project planning and management functions which required the development of project management strategies, schedules and budget estimates for approved project. I participated in the construction activities related to tenant improvements or post-occupancy space alterations.
