• Reviewed cases maintained by Case Managers – case notes, documentation, frequency of contacts, types of services – to ensure thoroughness of services provided;
• Cooperated with police, courts, victim assistance programs and social service organizations to assist families;
• Appeared before municipal and state agencies, legislature and private organizations for the purpose of raising funds for a $200,000+ budget.
